🚗 Material Damage Specialist (MDS) –  (W-2 Full-Time Staff)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The open position is for a Material Damage Specialist for our Hollywood, FL office. The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, writing and reviewing auto damage appraisals using CCC, managing independent appraiser vendors (including dispatching, oversight, and estimate review), negotiating repair costs with body shops and insurance carriers, assisting with salvage disposition, supporting subrogation efforts related to property damage, timely follow up on files, and maintaining a daily log of activity, time, and expense for all files.

EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

The position requires the following:

    • Minimum of five (5) years experience in auto damage estimating, appraising, or material damage claims handling
    • Experience writing estimates using CCC One (or similar estimating platforms)
    • Experience managing independent appraisers and/or vendor networks
    • Strong understanding of auto repair processes, estimating guidelines, and supplement handling
    • Ability to review and audit estimates from body shops and third-party vendors
    • Strong negotiation skills with body shops, vendors, and insurance carriers
    • Experience assisting with salvage handling and disposition
    • Ability to manage multiple files with strong attention to detail and organization

The following is a list of preferred skills

  • Industry certifications such as I-CAR, PPG, ASE, or equivalent
  • Experience in subrogation or recovery related to property damage claims
  • English and Spanish speaking
  • Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
  • PDF document editing skills
  • Good communication
  • Positive attitude
  • Good file documenting skills
  • General Microsoft Windows skills

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

A high school diploma or GED is required for this position.

🚗 Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster –  (W-2 Full-Time Staff)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The open position is for a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster for our Hollywood, FL office. The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, investigation and evaluation of bodily injury claims, liability determination, review of medical records and bills, negotiating settlements, communicating with claimants, attorneys, and insurance carriers, timely follow up on files, and maintaining a daily log of activity, time, and expense for all files.

EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

The position requires the following:

    • You must possess one or more of the following licenses: Florida 6-20 All-Lines, Florida 7-20 All-Lines, NY Independent General Adjuster (Series 17-70)
    • Experience handling bodily injury claims, including liability evaluation and settlement negotiations
    • Minimum of two (2) years experience in claims adjusting, preferably involving bodily injury, liability, or litigation exposure
    • Experience reviewing medical records, bills, and supporting documentation related to injury claims
    • Ability to analyze liability, damages, and exposure to support claim resolution

🚗 PIP Claims Adjuster –  (Contract Terms)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The open position is for a PIP Claims Adjuster for our Hollywood, FL office. The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, review of medical bills, negotiating bill reductions, reporting  EOBs to claimants, timely follow up on files, maintain a daily log of activity, time, and expense for all files.

EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

The position requires the following:

  • You must possess one or more of the following licenses: Florida 6-20 All-Lines, Florida 7-20 All-Lines, NY Independent General Adjuster (Series 17-70) 
  • Experience with PIP adjusting and/or medical bill reviewing
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in medical billing with insurance company, attorney office, or medical facility

  • Knowledge of State PIP codes and rates
  • Microsoft office skills, specifically, Excel, Word and Outlook

🚗 Subrogation Claims Adjuster –  (Full-Time)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The open position is for a Subrogation Claims Adjuster for our Hollywood, FL office. The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, review of rental agreements, calculation of continued rental expenses, completion of subrogation demand letter, timely follow up for settlement, daily time and expense logged for all file activity, negotiate settlement between client and insurance carrier.

EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

The position requires the following:

  • Florida 6-20 All-Lines Adjuster license or obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Experience with auto claim handling
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience with insurance company or fleet claims handling
